Order Processing Times
All orders are made to order and typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Production & Fulfilment
We work with trusted production partners to ensure every item is created with care and quality.
Photo Prints & Wall Art
- Produced and shipped from either a state-of-the-art UK print lab or German partner lab, depending on the product type and size.
- All UK orders for prints and wall art include free delivery.
- VAT is included in the price for all UK-bound orders, whether shipped from the UK or Germany.
- Prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Homeware & Accessories (via Printify)
Our homeware and lifestyle products, for example, mugs, tote bags, and cushions, are fulfilled through Printify’s global network of production partners.
- Shipping costs for these items are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and manufacturer location.
- Printify may fulfill your order from the UK, EU, or other regions depending on stock and proximity to your address.
- Printify automatically handles VAT and tax compliance for eligible EU destinations at checkout.
- Delivery times for these products may differ slightly from our prints and wall art orders.
If your order includes items from both collections (e.g. a print and a mug), they may arrive in separate parcels.

Orders containing multiple product types may ship separately if fulfilled from different locations.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped within the UK include VAT where applicable.
- Orders for prints and wall art shipped from Germany to the UK also include VAT. No additional import charges will apply.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by their country.
- For Printify-fulfilled products, VAT and tax compliance are managed automatically at checkout for eligible regions.
Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking details, which will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Some smaller items (such as small prints or cards) may be sent via standard untracked post to keep costs low.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact Tony Clerkson Photo Art & Accessories get in touch using the contact form or on the social media icons in the footer with your order number.
We’ll contact the production partner to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
Address & Order Changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to help if you contact us promptly.

At Tony Clerkson Photo Art & Accessories, we aim to reduce waste by using on-demand production and regional fulfilment wherever possible.
Each item is made especially for you, reducing overproduction and unnecessary shipping distances.
